Shipping Methods
We are furniture delivery experts. Your delivery method will be indicated
on your acknowledgment.
If possible, your order will ship via UPS.
Otherwise, we will ship your order via the most appropriate
method based on the weight and size of your furniture.
Most orders are shipped UPS Ground.
Please note that some products may need to shipped via truck freight due to
their size or weight. Products shipped by truck freight will be delivered to
the back of the truck (the tailgate). If your order is going to a private
residence and other variables that affect delivery. If you have stairs,
special needs or require an inside delivery, please give us specific details
in a
e-mail. If there
are complications or additional costs because of your needs, we will contact you.
If you need to be called to set up a delivery time; there is an additional
charge of $28.00. In-home delivery and other services are available
email me with your
specific details; there is an additional charge for special services.
Please note: Our flat rate shipping is for
regular tailgate delivery with customer’s assistance to take off the truck
for boxes over 110 lbs
by a freight company.
This is the most affordable form of delivery available. Many drivers
will bring your package into your home, or to your front door.
However, it is not required. Noizylady and its vendors will not be
responsible for any damage incurred to your property, other than to the
items delivered, if driver delivers package past curbside.
Someone must be present at the time of
delivery to assist the driver; if not, the freight company may charge you an
additional fee. Before signing for delivery, it is very important to
inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred while in
transit. We recommend that all of our customers open the item and
inspect it thoroughly prior to accepting delivery.
It is normal for packaging to show some wear, only refuse the item IF the
actual product is damaged. If there is extensive visible damage to the item
itself, refuse delivery

Delivery Service is available at a higher rate---minimum additional charge
is approximately $100-110. If interested in a Home Delivery Service, please

We
need to know if their are stairs, how many or an elevator if it is going to
a floor. The
more info we get, the closest the quote will be to the actual shipping
charges, so the more the better, then there are no surprises…
Available services include a Liftgate Delivery (liftgate for
unloading items off truck), Threshold Delivery (item delivered inside your
doorway) or a Blue Glove Delivery (driver will take the item to a specific
room in your home).

lower rate-If your business
has a loading dock where an
18 wheelers could back up to deliver the merchandise, we could ship
Normandin at a lower rate
Note
for large items: When paying for
this item, please provide a phone number where you may be contacted. In the
event that this item needs to be shipped via freight, the freight company
will need to contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date and time.
Expect items shipping by freight to arrive 7 to 14 business days after
leaving our warehouse. In the event we are not provided a phone number and
the buyer is unable to be contacted, we will request the on-file phone
number from eBay. Please be sure your registered eBay information is
up-to-date. Not providing a working number will incur delays in shipment. Please

Order Confirmation
You will receive an "order
confirmation" email within 24 hours of placing your order. The email
confirmation will list all items in your order and serve as your invoice.
If you do not receive your order confirmation after 24 hours, please
click here to contact us.
Be sure to include your account email address and order number. We will send
a new confirmation to you.
About your Delivery
All products are insured. Please inspect all packages
upon receipt. Any damage in transit should NOT BE ACCEPTED from the freight
company. Damages should immediately be reported for free replacement.
Important: Please know that we will not be liable for any damages or
discrepancies after the package has been accepted upon delivery. We
will warranty parts and any hardware needed for the item. Any returns after
the package has been accepted will be at the cost of the buyer and refunds
will be less the original shipping costs.
